Dewpider normally lives underwater. When it comes onto land in search of food, it takes water with it in the form of a bubble on its head.

Lowers the power of Fire-type moves that hit the Pokémon and prevents it from being burned.
If hit by a Water-type move, the Pokémon has its HP restored instead of taking damage.
