📖Story
Three years after the events of Red and Blue, a new adventure begins in the Johto region. Starting from New Bark Town, receive your first Pokémon from Professor Elm and discover that the remnants of Team Rocket are plotting a comeback. Travel through Johto's rich landscapes, from ancient ruins to modern cities, while challenging eight Gym Leaders. After conquering the Pokémon League, return to Kanto to find how the region has changed and collect eight more badges before the ultimate challenge awaits.

Experience revolutionary features that transformed the series. Real-time day/night and weekly cycles affect available Pokémon and events. The breeding system allows you to create Pokémon with inherited moves. Held items add strategic depth with berries and battle effects. Shiny Pokémon appear as rare color variants. The PokéGear provides a phone for trainer rematches, radio for information and events, and map for navigation. Two regions mean 16 Gym Badges to collect.
