📖Story

Experience a Kanto adventure inspired by the animated series. Unlike Red and Blue, your journey begins when a wild Pikachu is caught by Professor Oak and given to you as your starter. This special Pikachu refuses to evolve and stays by your side, riding on your shoulder outside its Poké Ball. Encounter Jessie and James from Team Rocket as recurring antagonists. Obtain all three original starter Pokémon through special events as you pursue the Pokémon League and battle your rival.

🎮Gameplay

Your Pikachu companion follows you throughout the overworld and expresses its mood when you check on it. The happiness system determines Pikachu's expressions and a special NPC evaluates your bond. Obtain Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle through special events rather than choosing one at the start. Updated graphics bring Pokémon sprites closer to their anime appearances. The Surfing Pikachu minigame is accessible if you have a special Pikachu that knows Surf.
